Even if you weren’t around in the 1970s, you’re sure to be able to sing along at the ABBAsolutely fABBAulous show.
The stage production that has come direct from Australia after more than 5000 international performances is a tribute to one of the world’s biggest pop groups, ABBA. The Swedish foursome, comprising two couples, dominated the charts from its Eurovision win with Waterloo in 1974 until the members went their separate ways in 1982.
ABBAsolutely fABBAulous presents a full­scale theatrical show of more than two hours of live music witha backing band, replica costumes, dancing, lighting and effects.
The four performers are internationally­acclaimed impersonators, the publicist said.

It is on stage at the Oamaru Opera House on Sunday, November 6, starting at 7pm. Tickets are $59 for adults, $30 for under­13s, and $54 for groups of six or more, plus service fees. ?
