Waitaki Boys’ High School has appointed John Mattisson as deputy rector, replacing Nic Hill who took up the position of headmaster at Christchurch Boys’ High School last month.
The Board of Trustees received 17 applications for the role, shortlisting nine and conducting interviews last Friday and Saturday.
