Midori’s latest chef, Jacky Chun, already has ideas in place to add a unique and traditional feel to the restaurant.
Mr Chun has now been at the Ribble St establishment for a week and is excited to incorporate some of his ideas and meals into the business.
He is a sashimi specialist chef, which means he is an expert in working with raw fish.
