Labour MPs to visit hospital

The Labour Party’s two health spokespeople will visit Oamaru tomorrow – but the Southern District Health Board commissioner has still not set a date for a visit.

Labour health spokeswoman Annette King and associate health spokesman David Clark, the Dunedin North MP, will meet Oamaru Hospital managers tomorrow as part of a tour of southern rural hospitals.

Last week the Oamaru Mail reported SDHB commissioner Kathy Grant and deputies Richard Thomson and Graham Crombie would also visit Oamaru.
