The Oamaru Whitestone Civic Trust have received three nominations for two positions on its board.
Nominations, which closed on January 31, are called from trust members for places on the board.
Four trustees are elected by trust members and two retire at each annual meeting.
Retiring trustees at the next annual meeting are Bruce Petry and Richard Vinbrux.
Retiring trustees are eligible to be nominated.
Chairman Peter Garvan said this year the trust had received three nominations before the cut-off date of January 31.
Last year six nominations were received for three vacancies which were filled by Phil Hope, Allan Dick and Keith Stevens.
Four months after being appointed, Mr Dick resigned and was replaced by Mr Vinbrux.
