The 62-year-old Oamaru man arrested on a number of charges relating to the break-in of a local business reappeared in court on Friday.
He was again remanded in custody until January 31.
The man was arrested after allegedly breaking into New World on Wansbeck St at 4.27am last Thursday.
On Thursday morning, Oamaru Police Senior Sergeant Jason McCoy said the man allegedly smashed the glass of the front door, entered the building carrying a firearm and confronted four bakery staff members.
The man was apprehended by Oamaru Police at 6.05am.
He appeared in the Dunedin District Court on Thursday, and again on Friday, on a number of charges – one charge of aggravated burglary, three charges of presenting a firearm, one charge of using a firearm to prevent arrest and one charge of possession of an offensive weapon.latest jordansAir Max 270 Men
