School jumping at opportunities

It’s been a busy few weeks for Waitaki Valley School.

The school has been announced as one of 20 finalists in the National Jump Jam, which attracted more than 170 entries; the school finished fifth in the AgriKids competition in Taupo; and it is the only school from Otago and Southland to have teachers on the National Library review.

Waitaki Valley principal Deidre Senior said it was fantastic to see pupils at the school doing so well.
