The opportunity to work outside and do something different each day ignited an interest in the building trade for Oamaru local Ben Bringans who is now 10 months into a building apprenticeship at Banks Building.
Ben recently became one of 12 young men nationally to be awarded a place in the PlaceMakers Apprentice Scholarship Scheme (PASS).
